ClawLink also works with Hermes. The flow is the same at a high level: install the ClawLink plugin, approve the browser pairing flow, then connect the apps you want from the dashboard.
1

Open the Install page in the dashboard

Sign in at claw-link.dev, then open Dashboard > Install.
2

Copy the Hermes setup prompt

The Install page gives you the current Hermes bootstrap prompt. Paste that prompt into your Hermes chat.
3

Let Hermes install and start pairing

Hermes will walk through the plugin setup and return a browser approval link. Open that link and approve the device.
4

Connect your first app

In Dashboard > Connections, click Add connection and complete the hosted flow for Gmail, Slack, Notion, Stripe, or any other app you want Hermes to use.
5

Ask Hermes to use the connected app

Once the connection is ready, Hermes can call the app tools directly from chat.

Good first tasks

  • Draft and send Gmail replies
  • Create or update calendar events
  • Search Notion pages and databases
  • Create GitHub issues
  • Pull customer data from Stripe or HubSpot

Notes

  • If the plugin was just installed and Hermes cannot see the ClawLink tools yet, restart the session and retry the setup prompt.
  • Browser pairing is the preferred flow. You should not need to move raw provider credentials through chat.
  • Your connected apps live on your ClawLink account, so you can reuse them across supported agent clients.
The dashboard install prompt is the source of truth for the exact Hermes bootstrap steps because it is updated alongside the product.
